Need for Speed

I feel the need...for this polish to dry already! This topcoat dries quickly, forming a firm and glossy surface over the polish to combat smudging of your fresh manicure. To prevent shrinkage of the underlying polish layers, apply the topcoat to the polish when it's slightly tacky.
